FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Below, you'll find answers to the most common questions about coaching, mentoring, and my services.
What's the Difference Between Coaching and Mentoring?
- Coaching: This is typically a short-term, goal-oriented partnership. As your coach, I focus on helping you unlock your own potential and find your own solutions. We work together to identify specific goals, overcome obstacles, and develop actionable strategies to achieve desired outcomes. The coach acts as a facilitator, asking powerful questions and providing frameworks to empower you to grow.
- Mentoring: This is generally a longer-term relationship where the mentor shares their direct experience, knowledge, and wisdom. A mentor often serves as a role model, offering guidance based on their own career path or expertise. While I incorporate elements of guidance into my work, my primary role in our sessions is to coach you towards your unique vision.
How Long Does a Coaching/ Mentoring Process Typically Last?
The duration of a coaching/ mentoring process varies significantly depending on your individual goals and the complexity of the areas you want to address.
- Short-term, focused goals might be achieved in as little as 3 to 6 sessions over a few weeks or months.
- For deeper transformation, habit change, or complex career transitions, a coaching relationship typically extends for 6 to 12 months, or even longer.
During our initial free consultation, we can discuss your aspirations and I can provide a more tailored estimate for the potential duration of our work together. My aim is always to provide you with the tools and insights you need to become self-sufficient in your growth journey.
What Are Your Fees?

Are Sessions Held Online or In Person?
Online Sessions: The majority of my coaching is conducted online via video conferencing (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). This offers maximum flexibility, convenience, and allows me to work with clients globally. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space.
How Should I Prepare for My First Session?
- Reflect on Your Goals: Think about what you hope to achieve through coaching. What specific areas of your life or career do you want to improve? What challenges are you currently facing?
- List Your Questions: Jot down any questions you have for me about the coaching process, my approach, or what to expect.
- Consider Your “Why”: Why is now the right time for you to engage in coaching? What’s motivating you to seek support and make changes?
- Find a Quiet Space: Ensure you’ll be in a quiet, private environment where you won’t be interrupted, especially for online sessions.
- Be Open and Honest: The more transparent you are about your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, the more effectively I can support you.
